Executive Assistance and Business Support

Often, having someone to bounce thoughts off can help with problem solving or generating new ideas.  I have experience of being that sounding board and of providing advice and suggestions where required.


Book Keeping

I can bridge the gap between business and accountant and look after your day to day reconciling of accounts and invoice chasing.  I have a good working knowledge of most payroll and invoicing systems such as Sage, Xero and FreeAgent.


Customer Feedback

One of the many jobs which tends to fall to the bottom of the pile, I can contact existing customers/prospects directly to gain valuable feedback.  Alternatively, I can produce an on-line survey to send en-masse, then collate and present to you the findings.


General Administration

I can manage your paperwork in order to keep your office administration efficient and up to date.  For example, online filing system set up and maintenance. Plus of course email inbox management.


PA/Secretarial Services

I provide traditional PA services for both your business and/or personal tasks to help free up your valuable time.  For example, researching holidays, organising pets, personal utilities/insurances, property decoration/maintenance quotes and bookings.  If local to Cheltenham, I can attend onsite for pets/property maintenance appointments where necessary.


Data Entry & Management

An expert on Excel and adept at database functionality, I can enter and process data into various formats.  For example, entering business card information onto a spreadsheet for easy reference, setting up and managing CRM systems.


Proof Reading

First impressions really count and spelling or grammatical errors can damage reputations.  I can be a second pair of eyes to look over your written communication before publishing, to ensure consistency and accuracy.  Examples being newsletters, policies and procedures, adverts, articles, web content, emails or letters.


Typing
I offer a range of typing services to include audio transcription, letter writing and report writing.  Examples include property inventories, CV's, correspondence to existing customers/prospects and monthly reporting. 


Online Research

Whether you need to compare competitors' products and services, or you are looking to source a gift or item at the best price, I can carry out the research and present a report of the findings.


Website / Social Media Maintenance

Keeping your web and social media presence current is of the utmost importance for a successful business.  I can ease the burden by looking after the content and ensuring that your client interface is always up to date and relevant including updates, collating feedback and answering queries received.


Mailings / Newsletters

Keeping in touch with contacts is key to success.  I can organise this, whether it is via post, email or with regular newsletters. I have experience using online marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and Survey Monkey. 


Recruitment Administration

Writing adverts, sifting through applicants and short-listing can be all consuming.  I can take away that hassle and present you with a selection of potential candidates, with interviews booked if required.  Once a job offer is made, I can complete all aspects of the on boarding process.
